Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes schedules change and things happen. Therefore I request at least a 24 hour’s notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Please let me know if you are going to be late. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show.
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
No-show appointments will NOT be able to rebook unless the amount of the service is prepaid in full.
